Warranties & Conditions (For Device & Accessories)

Dear Honorable Customer,

Refund / Replacement guarantee is available for 10 days on Devices & 3 days on Accessories items (But these guarantees will not be applicable for any kind of Display issues, Water Damage, Unauthorized Installation/ OS Upgradation, Physical Damage on Product & Product Packaging.)

To claim any replacement or money back guarantee you have to physically present at our shops at your own cost & must present the product’s box to us. (So, it is better to preserve the box within warranty period) 

No Service Warranty will be ensured for Smart Watches, AirPods & Accessories.

1 Year of Free Service Warranty will be provided without parts for smartphones only.
